  • Prerequisite: This class is best suited for clients with a solid knowledge of Pilates principles (Powerhouse engagement, breathing, and form) who are comfortable with the Level 1-2 flow and ready for an increased intensity level.

  • Integrated Resistance: You will actively work with props to increase the intensity of classical Pilates mat work and foundational exercises, safely building strength and definition.
