Meet Our Team
Reine Jeha, BScN
Founder & Clinical Lead in Medical Aesthetics
Reine Jeha’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in an exceptional foundation of precision, trust, and care. Her impressive academic background, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program, Collège Brébeuf, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Université de Montréal, was followed by eight years mastering patient relations in high-demand environments, notably Mental Health and front-line medical settings.
Since finding her true calling in aesthetics in 2019, Reine has been driven by a philosophy centered on beauty from within and the belief that self-care reflects directly onto physical appearance. She is committed to helping clients embrace and love their body by guiding them through personalized treatment plans. This vision led her to move to Ottawa in 2023 to open Lunic, a welcoming space where her gentle method—rooted in deep listening—delivers beautiful, natural results that simply empower clients to feel their absolute best.
“ Luníc is about embracing every new phase of life—just like the moon 🌙 It’s about honoring your unique beauty and following your own path ✨ A space designed for you to grow in confidence, move and love your body, and truly celebrate yourself—inside and outside 🤍 "
Jessica Younes
Wellness Director & Head of Yoga and Pilates Programs
I’m a passionate yoga and Pilates instructor dedicated to guiding people to move freely, feel good in their bodies, and reconnect with themselves through mindful movement. I believe that movement should feel nourishing, not punishing.
For me, teaching isn’t just about the poses — it’s about empowering others to feel at home in their own bodies and creating a space to explore strength and breath, bringing balance and ease into everything they do. My classes are designed to help you move with awareness and presence — to feel strong, grounded, and centered.
“ I’m endlessly grateful for the beautiful souls I get to meet and move with along this journey. See you on the mat! ”

Kyanna McPherson
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
I am Kyanna McPherson, a Jamaican-Canadian yoga instructor from Ottawa, ON, dedicated to making movement, healing, and wellness accessible to every body. My teaching journey began in 2023 after completing my 350-hour YTT at Union 108, the first Black female-owned studio in the Ottawa Valley. I am currently deepening my expertise by pursuing a 100-hour Pilates Teacher Training certification, focusing on functional movement and mobility.
With eight years of personal practice, I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and creative sequencing across the city, using music, breath, and intention to guide each practice. As a mixed, biracial instructor, I use my unique perspective to bridge communities and create truly welcoming, inclusive environments where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are. My heart work includes collaborating with BIPOC-led organizations like Project Agape.
My mission is simple: wellness is a fundamental right, not a luxury. I strive to empower students to reclaim their bodies, honor their identities, and embrace their individuality both on and off the mat.
